Guests are respectfully requested to arrive prior to the ceremony, which will commence at 5:30 PM.

Upon conclusion of the ceremony, the newlyweds will remain for an elegant portrait session with family and the bridal party. Guests that are interested in a professional picture with the newly married couple are invited to stay at the ceremony space. Guests that opt out of this will be invited to attend cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.

Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails and butler passed hot hors d’oeuvres following the ceremony at 6:00 pm and will end at 7:00 pm.

The ceremony will take place underneath a gorgeous gazebo overlooking a beautiful water feature complete with a lovely fountain creating a serene and picturesque setting. The cocktail hour and reception will take place inside the Mulberry Ballroom.

The average temperature in Cincinnati in September for a typical day ranges from a high of 82°F (28°C) to a low of 58°F (15°C).

The Oasis Conference Center is temperature controlled with both air conditioning and heat as weather requires.

While transportation will not be provided, we respectfully ask guests to arrange their own travel accommodations in preparation for for the evening’s festivities.

The Oasis Conference Center offers complimentary parking for this spectacular event close to the entrance.

If you didn’t RSVP in time, we assumed you were attending in spirit—because the guest list was already finalized. We wish we could squeeze you in, but the seating chart is already doing the cha-cha with no room left.

We are delighted to welcome children to celebrate with us on our special day. Family means so much to us, and we are honored to include your little ones in our festivities. To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians throughout the event. A children’s meal option will be available upon request for younger guests. Please indicate any dietary needs or special requirements when submitting your RSVP. We understand that weddings can be a long and exciting day for children, so we encourage families to bring any items that may help keep them comfortable during the celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and are looking forward to celebrating together as one big family.

We have not arranged a hotel block, however guests are welcome to book accommodations at many convenient lodging options within the area.
